About Nikki Bennett

Nikki Bennett has had solo spots in UK Poetry Festivals and Group Readings and has also read in the USA and Europe, including at the International Women Writers’ Guild Conference and the Geneva Writers’ Conference; and for the organisation 'Business & Professional Women' in Europe and the US, combined with delivering a talk on 'The Role of Rhyme, Poetry, Chant and Song for Women’.

She has been involved with The Poetry Society UK as a Stanza Representative and with 'uni-verse' poetry group, celebrating international poets and poetry, at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution.

She is a great believer in poetry as communication and therapy, and particularly highlights women’s issues and circumstances, and the joys and sadnesses of Life. She has had poems published in magazines including de facto and Crazy Lit.
